We can assist you with determining which inspections you need by discussing where you are in the process of acquiring or maintaining a particular property. 

No, deposits or retainers are only required if the requested inspection(s) need the assistance of specialty consultants. The deposists cover the acquistion cost of the consultant. 

Yes, We offer annual inspections as well as, any inspection that would allow you to make informed decisions at any time interval.

Yes, We hold a Florida state license for property inspectors and have extensive insurance coverage. We are also members of both CCPIA and InterNACHI.
